  • Absolutely! I provide telehealth services and am able to see clients across multiple states. I am currently licensed and accepting new clients in:

Arizona (AZ) • Colorado (CO) • Michigan (MI) • Nevada (NV) • Utah (UT) • Virginia (VA)

I am also in the process of obtaining licensure in Florida (FL), Missouri (MO), and Oregon (OR) — so if you’re located in one of those states, stay tuned or reach out to be added to my waitlist.

If you don’t see your state listed, feel free to contact me. I’m continuously working to expand access to care so that more people can get the support they deserve.

  • Unfortunately, I am not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. Cancer nutrition and eating disorder services are not covered under these programs, so I operate as an out-of-network, private-pay provider.

I know cost can be a real concern, and I’m happy to discuss payment options and work with you to find a path forward. Please don’t let that stop you from reaching out.

  • As of right now, all in-person visits are offered on Saturday and Sundays. During the week is virtual through a secured tele-health platform.

  • We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart. Our initial session lasts 50 minutes, where we’ll explore your current nutrition habits, challenges, and goals for your health and relationship with food. I’ll also ask about important aspects of your life—like your upbringing, family, relationships, work, and cultural or spiritual influences—to understand how they shape your eating patterns and overall wellness.

By the end of our first session, we’ll determine a plan for ongoing support. Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on what will best help you reach your goals.

  • Yes! I can work alongside your doctors, oncologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure your nutrition plan supports your overall treatment and health goals. With your permission, I can communicate with your team to keep everyone on the same page and provide the best possible care.

  • I don’t provide meal plans or recipes. Instead, I focus on helping you build flexible, sustainable eating habits that work for your body, appetite, and lifestyle. My goal is to give you the tools and confidence to make nutrition choices that feel good and support your health—without rigid plans or pressure.
